Ponte Namban will purchase the goods on behalf of the customer either from online-shops or physical stores in Portugal, where you have any problem with shopping.
Inform us of the goods you wish to purchase together with the address of the online-shop site, if any.
Ponte Namban will then check if the indicated goods can be purchasable and let you know the possibility with the estimated price. You will then decide if you use our service or not.
- Ponte Namban may refuse to purchase the indicated goods, which are not appropriate to ship.
- It is the responsibility of the customer to check if the purchased goods can be legally imported to the destination address. Also, it is the responsibility of the customer to check if the purchased goods can be exported from the country where you made a purchase. Ponte Namban will not refund the money of your purchase if the goods cannot be delivered due to the import / export regulation.
- Additional taxes may be charged to receive the purchased goods at the destination country. Those charges are not included in our service fee and the customer must pay the taxes to receive the purchased goods.
Step by Step Usage Guide
- Inform us with your desired goods and their quantity by e-mail.
- Ponte Namban will inform you if individual goods can be purchasable with the estimated price.
- Confirm us if you wish to use our service to purchase those goods. If so, please also provide us the address for the invoice as well as the delivery.
- Ponte Namban will send you an invoice. Please pay the money as indicated.
- After the payment was confirmed, we will purchase the goods and send them out within a week. The confirmation e-mail will be sent.
Request for the information
To declare the income of the business activity in Portugal, Ponte Namban needs to ask the customer to provide your Financial Number or other ID number. This information is used only for this purpose.
