For Forwarding Serivce, Ponte Namban is responsible from receiving the purchased goods and to shipping them. For Purchasing Service, Ponte Namban is responsible from purchasing the specified goods and to shipping them. Ponte Namban does not take any responsibility for any loss after the shipment. We advise that the customer should buy insurance from the post office when asking the shipment of valued goods.
お送りした商品が何らかの理由でPonte Nambanに返送されてきた場合、荷物の受け取りには支払いが発生します。その場合には、実費をお客様に請求させていただきます。
