In case of Forwarding Service
The cost for using this service per forwarding parcel is as follows:
Shipment Cost(Actual Expense) + Shipping Service Fee(10€-40€) + Optional Service Fee
Additional fee for repacking service may be charged in case that additional box and package cushioning are needed.
In case of Purchasing Service
In case Pont Namban ships the purchased goods using postal service,
Purchase Cost(Actual Expense) + Purchasing Service Fee(15€-160€) + Shipment Cost(Actual Expense) + Shipping Service Fee((10€-40€) x number of parcels)
Shipping Service Fee for the purchasing service includes packaging cost.
In case of using the delivery service of the shop(both online/offline) where goods are purchased,Purchase Cost for both Goods and Shipment(Actual Expense) + Purchasing Service Fee(15€-160€)
About Purchasing Service Fee
Purchasing Service Fee depends on the purchase cost and the area of shopping.
When it is required to purchase goods at multiple places but in one area, the fee corresponding to the total amount of purchase costs of that area will be charged. When it is required to purchase goods at multiple places in different areas, individual fees corresponding to the individual purchases will be charged.
About Shipping Service Fee
Shipping Service Fee is charged per parcel. The price depends on the weight of each parcel. In case of Purchasing Service, the packaging cost (e.g., boxes) is included. In case of Forwarding Service, the packaging cost is not included.

Price for Optional Services
Checking Service (service currently not available)
- Base Service Fee: 5€ per parcel (We check a list of items corresponds to the indicated list. We don't open the package of individual items.）
- Removing unnecessary items
- When not opening the package of item itself: Included in the above Base Service Fee (e.g., Removing brochures to save the shipment cost)
- When opening the package of item itself: 5€ per item (e.g., Removing items which cannot be shipped via postal service, such as Lithium batteries, from the package of the products）
Repacking Service
- Base Service Fee: 5€ per service
- Packaging Cost: the following charge per additional box (including cushioning) is charged, when a new box is needed to repacking multiple boxes into one. We don't charge the packaging cost, in case that the original packaging can be used.
- box up to 5kg： 3€
- box up to 10kg： 6€
- box up to 15kg： 9€
- box up to 20kg：12€
- box up to 25kg：15€
- box up to 30kg：18€
Shipment Cost
Please refer to "Shipment Methods" for the shipment cost.
In case the goods cannot be delivered to the destination
It is your responsibility to check if the goods can be delivered to your desired address. Ponte Namban will not refund the money of your purchase if the goods cannot be delivered due to the import / export regulation.
In the case that it is found out that it cannot be delivered to the address before the shipment of the products and the shopping site accepts the cancellation of the purchase, however, Ponte Namban will help you to return the products. In case of using Forwarding Service, the customer must contact the shopping site and make it sure that they accept your cancellation. After you confirm with them, provide us all the relevant information regarding to returning. Then Ponte Namban will send back the products to the site on behalf. In case of Purchasing Service, Ponte Namban will directly contact with the site.
Returned money from the shopping site ＋ Shipment Cost for unsent goods － Shipment Cost to the shopping site（Actual Expense） － Return and Refund Fee（15€）
will be refunded. In case, it becomes minus, Ponte Namban will charge the costumer for the neccessary amount.
In the case that it is found out that it cannot be delivered to the address before the shipment of the products but the shopping site does not accept the cancellation of the purchase, Ponte Namban do not refund any purchase cost but will dispose of the goods.
However, Ponte Namban will refund you the following charge, if the value is positive.
Shipment Cost for unsent goods － Refund Fee（10€）
Once the goods were sent from Ponte Namban, Ponte Namban does not return nor refund.
